    This six session course teaches the fundamental movements and principals of CrossFit. This is highly recommended for all new members before beginning our CrossFit programs. This program can be done privately or with a small group.

    The full CrossFit experience! We offer 5 daily workouts per week that are designed to optimize every aspect of your fitness. Build strength, speed, power and endurance, while mastering our core movements. This program will quickly deliver results you can see and feel.

     This membership offers some flexibility for those who are looking for a part time membership. It can be a great way to supplement a running, cycling or swimming program.

    Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to make fitness fun! Tots classes range from 3-5 years old, kids classes from 5-11, and teens classes from 11-16. We offer class cards and monthly memberships for these programs.
